assetERP financial accounting module facilitates the accounting, finance and MIS functions through its various sub-modules. These cover various accounting transactions in detail with necessary built in controls and checks which will in turn provide accurate and timely flow of data for record keeping, analysis and management decision making.

The transaction modules cover a wide range of voucher preparation in the areas of Cash, Bank, Purchases, Sales, Journals, Debit and Credit Notes, Fund transfers etc. This module also provides various provisions for listing of transactions by period, voucher numbers with and without filtering for various user specified validations.

The GL module comprises of various classified information as defined and directed through a properly formulated chart of accounts. This module also generates various analytical reports and sorted/ filtered information. The GL module allows the incorporation of budgets and helps the budgetary controls. Exceptional transactions are highlighted for senior management’s attention and necessary actions.

The Report module provides a plethora of information from the database to facilitate accurate and timely reading of business results for appropriate intervention by the Management. These include profitability reports, Balance sheets, variance reports, comparison reports, trial balances, reports on receivables and payables etc.

Facility for operating actively linked profit centers and group units of a multi – company set up is another basic feature of this system. This provides for consolidation and generation of group reports.
